I am passionate about reducing the use of plastic and so usually use paper and cardboard, with compostable packing chips. I reuse boxes sometimes if they are given to me to avoid them having to be recycled. Sometimes I also reuse plastic materials.

Yes, I deliver anywhere in the world, except for Germany! This is because of the new packaging regulations to Germany to which I am unable to comply. Additional delivery charges apply to all other countries. I charge these at cost, and will refund any overcharges as it is sometimes difficult to anticipate the exact costs.

Brexit has caused Customs, VAT and handling charges when sending outside of the UK. So there may be additional charges on my pottery which are out of my control but which will need to be paid by you before the carrier delivers your lovely item to you.

It is very difficult to make my products millimetre perfect as everything is handmade. If this is a concern for you, then I suggest that you contact me and I can give you details of the exact product that I might send to you.

No, it is not. I make everything myself and so there is variation in the design between items. There are also sometimes marks and wobbles and splashes on the pottery. All of these show that it is hand made and is part of the joy of holding something unique and hand crafted.
