Why a no return policy? Unlike some other items which can be restocked upon return, delicate, single sheet paper goods cannot be refurbished or sanitized properly and cannot be resold. Customers can rest assured that no paper products sold by Papers & Peaches have been in circulation, and that all papers have been stored and handled to the best of standards in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Your happiness is important; please reach out if there are any issues once you receive your order. Whenever possible, a solution will be offered.

Tracking of orders / Why is there no movement?

It happens quite frequently that a shipment does not show up in the USPS tracking system until it is out for delivery. It can be frustrating if there is no movement on the tracking, but please rest assured that all orders are being processed in a timely manner. Thankfully, it is rare that a parcel is being lost in the mail, but there are sometimes delays around the holidays and due to increment weather.

Although all orders are processed with great care, once in a blue moon a mistake may occur. If this happens, you can expect clear communication, and every effort will be made to make it right. It can be frustrating if something does not unfold as expected, but Papers & Peaches kindly ask for your understanding if an error occurs. Posting a negative review may not be the best way to go. An open dialogue with one another is usually a more constructive approach. At the end of the day, all we want is for you to be happy!
