When will I receive my files?

What are your turn around times for custom orders.

We list current turn around times in each item that's customizable. We always try to keep this as current as possible. If you are looking for a rush order, please contact us. Turn around times do not include non-business days or hours. Our business hours are 8am - 4pm CST Monday through Friday. Holidays are exempt. Revisions need to be made within 2 weeks of file delivery. We only keep files for 2-3 weeks.

Can I print 2 invitations on 1 sheet of paper?

Yes! Include this request during checkout and we'll be happy to accommodate!

Can I see a proof before I buy?

We don't usually do proofs, but we do allow for revisions. :) We keep our prices low, so you're paying for not only the design, but our time for customizing.

Can I download my files from the mobile app?

How do I open zipped folders?

Many of our files download in a .zip format which must be unzipped before use. • PC: Right-click on the zipped folder and click “Extract” or “Unzip” (depends on your computer) • MAC: Double-click on the zip file and it will unzip. • iPhone: Download app ‘iZip’ from App Store. How can I print my party printables and game sheets?

You can print these almost anywhere: • Home printer • Office supply store such as Staples, OfficeMax or FedEx Office • Local print shops and online printers. We always recommend printing all party supplies on a nice 110# white card stock. Though they will print nicely on any type of paper :) In the Page Sizing & Handling section, it is advised that you select Actual Size or Scale to 100%. (Select Automatic under Page Orientation.)

What license do I need for your clipart?

We have 2 types of clipart products in our shop, each with different resale terms: 1. Sublimations & SVG Quotes – These are considered complete designs, so you may use as-is since they are ready-to-use finished graphics. A commercial license is required if you want to resell physical products (like shirts, stickers, mugs, etc.). No credit required. No digital resale is allowed! 2. Clipart Bundles (PNG/SVG) – These are design elements should be part of a larger, original design, not to be used as-is on digital or physical products for resale. 100 orders are allowed before license is needed, no credit needed. ► A link to the proper license can be found in the product's description.
