Custom and personalized orders

We can accommodate requests for your own design or logo that you personally own or represent. For logo inquiries, please send us a message with the following details for review and an accurate quotation: - Zip code and need by date - Item type/text color (if applicable) and total quantity - Vector file of the logo (AI, SVG, EPS) emailed to hello@imprintandimpress.com Most custom design requests will require a minimum quantity.

For heat transfer vinyl products, the design should not be ironed over (iron the back side). Flasks, tumblers, and water bottles should be washed by hand. Please refer to individual listings for further details.

Can you change the shipping address?

We ship to the address listed on the invoice. If you need to change the address, please let us know so the order can be canceled/refunded and resubmitted with the correct address. This is for sales tax purposes and to ensure accurate delivery. If an order is returned to sender for any reason, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

I need this by X. Will it get here in time?

For production time (time needed to make the order) and shipping time, refer to the individual listing. Our production time is Monday to Friday and does not include weekends and holidays. Orders with unclear personalization or orders that request proofs may require extended processing. Most products are shipped via USPS First Class. Expedited shipping options are available on check out for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are only estimates: the delivery date is not guaranteed and refunds are not issued for a late delivery. Once your package is shipped, we cannot account for transit delays. We are not responsible for packages that are missing or stolen after delivery.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Large orders may be shipped with UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. At our discretion, we may require signature confirmation for orders over $100. We currently don't offer local in-person pick up or overnight shipping.

This listing is for one custom satin eye mask with your choice of mask and text color. Each mask will include a satin pouch with your choice of Black, Blush, White, or Gray. No props are included.

The mask is approximately 8"x3.75" and has an adjustable elastic strap. MASKS ARE SPOT CLEAN ONLY. Text is applied by hand with heat transfer vinyl. Text size will vary depending on the number/type of characters.

Samples from first photo are in gold text ("bridesmaid" and "maid of honor" are pink (m) masks). Samples from second photo are in black text ("bridesmaid" and "maid of honor" are lt. gold (m) masks). "bride" samples are both white (m) masks.

HOW TO ORDER:

1) Select eye mask color*.

2) Select a text color*. Select NO PERSONALIZATION for a mask without personalization/text.

3) In the personalization field, please type in a title (bride, bridesmaid, or maid of honor) and let us know your pouch color preference (if not specified, we will choose the pouch color). If you have another name or phrase, keep under 12 characters including spaces. This font style includes lowercase letters only.

MULTIPLE PIECE ORDERS: If you are ordering multiple pieces in the same color combination, simply adjust your quantity and provide your title or names as a list. If you need different combinations, add them to your cart separately.

Please DO NOT provide a USPS PO box address. Packages may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at shop's discretion.
