We gladly exchange paint colors or make adjustments to our sketches to make sure that your painting looks EXACTLY the way you want it to. If you'd like us to make changes to your kit colors or sketch, just ask! We'll be happy to.

Can you sketch out the design for me?

We sketch the design for all kits unless you ask us not to. It's the default! It's such a simple way for us to remove a somewhat stressful step from your experience, so you can focus on the fun parts!

How long will shipping take?

Generally, orders within the continental US arrive between 3 and 7 business days after we ship them. We cannot completely guarantee that timeframe for shipping because once a package is out of our facility, we cannot control how long it will take for delivery. However, we do everything we can on our end to ship orders out in one to two business days! We will always do everything we can to ensure your package is received on time!

How will I receive my video tutorial?

When you order a painting kit from us, with every order, we include a postcard containing a link to the painting kit you chose printed off the back. You can type in the URL, and you'll be ready to get started! If you have any problems with the link provided, message us here on Etsy or email us at kits@thesketchingpad.com, and we'll help you!

How do I place bulk orders for parties or events?

Just message us here on Etsy or email us at kits@thesketchingpad.com to check with us about our stock. We'll then get back to you as soon as we can about our capabilities and work with you for exactly what you need!

What will I receive with my canvas painting kit?

All of our canvas painting kits include a pre-drawn canvas, two paintbrushes per canvas, acrylic paint in all the colors you'll need, and a full-length video tutorial! Optionally, you can purchase disposable aprons and reusable paint palettes, and/or an easel to sit your canvas on while you paint. For orders over ten painting kits, you'll also receive complimentary disposable aprons and reusable paint palettes!
