Incredibly fast turnaround time (less than 12 hours from placing order to shipping notification!!) Absolutely adorable bunny, personalization was perfect. I'm excited to gift this to my college-age daughter for Christmas to remind her I'm always with her. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!! Highly, highly recommend!! <3
