How long do reed diffusers last for?

My 100ml Reed Diffusers are guaranteed to last at least 12 weeks, but will likely last much longer than this if not placed in direct sunlight or near an open window. To ensure that the scent throw remains consistent, we recommend turning your reeds every 1-2 weeks.

How many reeds should I use in my diffuser?

We recommend using 6-8 reed sticks for smaller rooms such as bathrooms. For larger rooms, such as living rooms or bedrooms, we suggest 8-10 reeds. For offices or larger open spaces, 2 or more diffusers may be necessary.

How many wax melts should I use at a time?

Simply snap off one square of your snap bar and add to your wax burner. If you need a little extra scent throw then simply add another.

How do I clean my Wax Burner?

When caring for your wax burner simply melt the wax that is currently in the dish and insert one or two cotton wool balls to absorb the liquid wax, then dispose of it in the bin. Alternatively, if you do not have any cotton wool, carefully wipe away with some kitchen roll.

What does Express Delivery mean?

When ordering, there should be an option to include express delivery. This means that not only will your order travel 1st Class rather than regular 2nd Class, but I will attempt to speed up the processing time and despatch your order sooner than the 5 business days I have allowed myself to complete regular orders.

Candle Care and Safety

When first lighting your candle, it is important that it is left to burn for 2 hours minimum for a full melt pool to be achieved. This guarantees an even burning candle and reduces the effects of tunneling which can limit the scent throw. When lighting your candle, do not leave it unattended and candles must not burn for more than 4 hours continuously. Ensure the wick is trimmed to no more than 1cm in length before lighting each time to enjoy optimum results and burn time.
