Gratefulness is great, and what better way to express your thanks than this letterpress printed greeting card with "Thank you! boldly declared in vivid reds and turquoise. I just found this project from 2015 on the back shelves and thought I'd list it and see if you'd like it. The typographic composition was constructed from "sorts", or odds and ends or incomplete alphabets. When you see those people selling individual letters here on Etsy or on eBay? They're breaking up complete sets and what is left behind is a semi-random assortment of letters that can only be used in hodgepodge compositions like this. Which is not the end of the world, but it still makes me sad to see fonts of type being broken up because they'll never get brought back together again to be usable as they were made.
Anyway, letterpress printed in three colors from vintage type on heavy weight recycled card stock. With an unprinted Kraft envelope to mail it in. If you look closely you can see the unique grain of the wood in the individual letters.
