I do not offer a wholesale however I do offer significant discounts for orders totaling $700 or more.

How do I return an item?

Sadly, we are no longer accepting return and any items due to various issues. Previously our policy was : Be sure to carefully pack the item(s) back in the original box with all packaging materials. If you are not returning all the items that came in the box add extra packing material to ensure the flowers/greenery do not shift in the box. Arrangements and other handmade items are not eligible for return if they have been removed from the box containing peanuts. Use an insured delivery service. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Any return shipping fees (refused package, etc.) will be deducted from refund. No returns on used items which includes items removed from protective sleeves or arrangements removed from the box.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, as I offer free shipping there is a 20% restocking fee on all orders. This covers our cost of the shipping and packaging for both free shipping orders and orders with the minimal shipping charge. Any return shipping fees (refused package, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Dried pampas grass. Great for tall arrangements and boho weddings! Total height is approximately 40"-48". Plume length ranges 17-24".

Stems are generally 3-4" in diameter (unfluffed).

For care of your pampas grass after shipping:
-Lightly shake outside to remove excess shedding
-Leave outside in full sun and a light breeze or use a hair dryer to fluff until reaches desired fluffiness
-Lightly spray with hair spray every 6 months to minimize shedding (Shedding is normal for pampas grass and is NOT a defect.)

All my photos are taking in natural light to get the most accurate representation of color. However please be aware that all computer screens will vary. Actual color may vary from what you see on your screen!
