🚧 CARE FOR YOUR SIGNS....
We recommend that you place your sign in a covered location if outdoors, such as a covered porch or patio area. Like anything exposed to the natural elements (sun, wind,
water, snow, etc..) it could wear over time.
We put a coat of water based clear coat polyurethane on all are signs.
It will be up to you to clean (brush down with a soft brush) and re- varnish your sign, minimum a couple times a year if left exposed. But if put where suggested stated above, it will be enjoyed for many of years to come.

❗️For outdoor protection, you can also purchase our quality “marine outdoor varnish” that we can apply for you to further protect your sign at an additional charge. With that said, it is wooden, and will need to be RESEALED by you occasionally. Just go back in to our shop up at the top, you will see the “Browse by section” square section boxes. Scroll to the right, all to the very last section, tap open to the ” Add On Choices” and then tap open “ Add On Marine Varnish” Then choose the size option that fits your sign. Otherwise we will use our regular premium polyurethane to seal your signs as we normally use, included.

🌴Please consider roughly the same amount of wording or less of the sign you choose if to personalize, as not to become over crowding.
Or about 25 words (not letters ) or less, on larger signs, it would be appreciated for the free personalizing.

🌺You can take the sign exactly as I have it, and can add a child’s name or couples first name or last name, or pets name added with a cute little paw print. I would choose an area of the finished plaque for the appropriate location for the add on name. Just verify any changes or add-ons, In the “message seller box “ below at purchase. otherwise the sign will be made as you see it on the photo.

🌊If you decide to change any color..please browse through the different signs for color choices. Or I can also work with you on a different color choice that you don’t see.

🏄‍♀️All our signs are finished with hand brushed Spar Urethane varnish. Never sprayed.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICES…
◾️We accept refunds if items arrives defective, up to 7 days from date of delivery.
We do not accept returns for size related issues or any damages caused by the buyer.
◾️Custom or personalized orders are not refundable unless it’s caused by shops error.
◾️ I gladly accept cancellations but you need to request within six hours of purchase, otherwise the purchase will be shipped and there will be no refunds. with an exception, if the customer orders any type of personalization or custom, and the seller has already started, then there will be no cancellation that timeframe or beyond..
◾️Orders are processed on average, as normally set on 3-5 business days through out most of the year. But occasionally we up the process dates if we travel.
◾️Deliveries typically take 7-14 business days, BUT often and on average, lots faster !
It really depends on the USPS after we get it shipped out to you.
◾️Delivery times are not guaranteed.
We do not replace, or refund packages delayed in transit, or incorrect mailing addresses made by the buyer. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. customer should contact the carrier directly with your tracking number provided to follow through. We will help in any way possible to help locate any information or delay details etc, on our end.


📦 SHIPPING INFORMATION: The “Free Shipping” Items are shipped “First Class” If you choose other shipping methods, it is up to the buyer for additional charges. These signs are handmade in the order in which received. The “in stock quantity” is so that multiple people can purchase at one time.
Shipping box comes in a form fitted recycled cardboard box with wrap.
You will receive tracking and a shipping notification via email when it ships.
