Hand-crafted octopus wall tentacle sculpture and porthole.

Because life is too short for timid décor. This imposing bit of cephalopod adds a distinct nautical edge to any room with a smidgen of steampunk and a dash of Jules Verne. A great gift for oceanographers, sci fi fans, tattoo artists, nerdy cephalopod-lovers everywhere.

This is a 24" octopus arm cast in sturdy urethane resin, polished and painted, protruding from a 9 1/4" diameter rust encrusted porthole. Given the sinuous turns of the arm, the distance from wall to tip is 18 1/2" (the average human arm is about 24").

Cast from an original sculpture, molded and hand-painted right here in the USA (no animals were harmed in the process).

Sturdy yet lightweight, it hangs on a single screw.
