Seller's description

Specifications

May include: Two silk ties with a white wave pattern on a black and dark gray background.

EEG brainwaves necktie, Insomnia Print tie. Our neurons use electricity to communicate with each other - tangled waveforms of electrical-impulse horizontal stripes gradually change frequency up the length of the tie.

From wakefulness (Beta) to Alpha, Theta, Delta, and REM sleep, this tie can almost replace your morning coffee! At the Tie Lab, we're probably some of the most severe insomniacs in the land, please send some Delta waves our way. Original illustration from an EEG test.

The tie is made of a soft microfiber, having almost the same hand as real silk and is printed with high-quality, non-toxic, waterbased ink. All new materials! Vegan safe. Hand-screenprinted in the USA in our Detroit, Michigan studio. This print extends high up on the tie, approx. 18" (45 cm) from the bottom point; perfect to be seen from under a vest or jacket. Our model is wearing the cream "skinny" version. (5th photo)

As a general rule, dark inks go best with light ties and light inks play well with dark ties. If you have any questions about whether or not your combination will work, contact us before you order!
