"Where can I find my download?"

◦If you log into your Etsy account it should be in your purchases. Most of the time you need to be on a computer not a phone. You should have an emailed receipt with a link for the download as well. Please let us know if those don't work for you.

"I only received one of my items. Will they ship separately?"

◦We use an outside printer for our physical items. Sometimes they do ship separately, so you may receive multiple packages. If you would like us to send you tracking numbers for all of your items please reach out and we would be happy to do so.

Made to Order (just for you)

◦We love being able to provide beautiful Catholic items to the world. To be able to do that with a large growing family, we use an outside printer. We are not able to keep inventory in our home at this time. ◦Once your order is placed it goes directly to our printer for production. Once sent to production we can not change or cancel the order, as this item was made just for you. ◦Because of this we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancelations for variations in color or size, or if you change your mind on the order. Please make sure to see the size chart in the photos listed. If you have any issues with the item you have received please reach out to us, so we can help.

1. Once you purchase, you will be taken to a download page. You can print at home, print from an online store, or take them to a local print shop. I recommend printing on a heavier cardstock or matte photo paper, and to make sure your printer has plenty of color ink. If you have any questions regarding this process, please reach out to me.
