Wrong shipping address

- If wrong shipping address was provided, buyer must contact us immediately before the product is shipped out. Once the item has been shipped out to the incorrect address, we cannot retrieve the item. We are unable to issue refund for such items. Therefore please double check your address details before confirming the order. - If the product is returned to us by our shipping carrier due to receiver not being available or other reasons, product will be shipped out again once the buyer contacts us and covers the cost of re-shipping.

In the scenario of a lost package, to find out where your package is, please use the tracking number sent to you when we shipped your package. You can also reach out to us if you need the tracking number again. Once we have surrendered the packages to shipping companies, we have no control over it. If tracking shows that the package was delivered to your mailbox or left outside your door, it is considered deliver. We are unable to refund or reship the product to you.
