Do NOT apply heat (or torch) our custom molds. Do not use any metal or wooden sticks with our molds as they will scratch the molds. Use a silicone brush/tip to adjust/manipulate your resin or epoxy within your mold. Use Epoxy with the Green Silicone Molds and use UV Resin with our Ultra-Clear Silicone Molds. Disclaimer: Any mold defects, rips, tears, imperfections on a mold reported AFTER a mold has been used will NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED, or EXCHANGED. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know how to properly care for, use, and clean the silicone molds. Only wash with Dawn Dish Soap. *Do NOT use a fast-set epoxy with our molds. It may cause the molds to melt. We recommend using Puzzle Perfect mold casting epoxy.

What to do if your package is Lost or Does Not Arrive?

Great news, your Etsy purchase comes with USPS Insurance up to a $100 value to cover the event of a Lost or Undelivered Package. You will need to go to: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm (on the USPS website) and file a claim for your package not arriving. It will take you about 5-7 minutes to fill out their form & answer the questions. Send them a photo of your Etsy Order that shows your order and dollar value. USPS will review your Claim within 5-10 days they will send you a check for the value of your order & shipping. While you are waiting on your refund check you are more than welcome to purchase again from Puzzle Molds. ALL USPS Claims disbursements (money) goes directly back to the Customer/Purchaser & not my Etsy Shop.
