James responded quickly to queries and got the purchase on it's way immediately. Service excellent! Item very lifelike esp leaves. I love real cyclamen but they can be fussy and hard to keep from rotting stems......so this is the easiest way to enjoy the fun look of this unique sweet flower. Have purchased several. My only contrary comment would be in wishing the very necessary buds were of the same fabric as the full flower and not hard plastic.
