Returns & Replacements Policy

We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items. Simply reach out to our support and let us know about any defects/issues via email or Etsy messenger, to begin expediting your replacement.

The custom canvas was perfect, just what we wanted, and will make a great gift. It shipped very quickly. The seller was great and sent us a proof before printing. My only complaint is with UPS. The box it was in had really bad damage and we thought the canvas would be ruined. But thank goodness the seller wrapped it in bubble wrap and it had no damage. Good job seller!!
