Can I review & approve a proof of my design, before my order gets printed & shipped?

If you've placed an order for a custom item, then Yes! Your order WON'T SHIP UNTIL YOU APPROVE THE PROOF sent to you, via Etsy messenger and email. As long as you provide us with the correct information that your product's listing asks for, you will receive your first proof within up to 24 hours after this. 95% of our customers approve their first proof and move the order into production. If you aren't happy with the first proof, simply let us know and we will do more revisions until you're happy, which is included in the cost of your custom product. You are working with professional graphic designers here and should be fully happy with your proof, and we'll work with you until it's just right.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Currently we don't provide special gift wrapping for gifts. With that being said, once your recipient opens the carefully packaged gift, they will be delighted with what they have received. Guaranteed!

Returns & Replacements Policy

We will replace any damaged items and send you a replacement at any time within 30 days after you receive your items. Simply reach out to our support and let us know about any defects/issues via email or Etsy messenger, to begin expediting your replacement.

• In the event of a lost package by USPS, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you.
