Highlights
🌿French antique hand embroidered dining room table linens
A large, rectangular linen tablecloth with 8 matching square napkins. Ladder back stitching in the centre of tablecloth with scalloped floral edge. Each napkin has ladder back stitching around the edge and an embroidered flower in one corner.
A beautiful matching set of French linens! Perfect country or farmhouse style dining ware.
Size: tablecloth: 125cm x 220cm
napkins: approx 48cm x 48cm
Origin: France circa 1920s
Condition: antique, the table cloth has no damage or repair work, but has some small superficial yellow stains near the centre and a couple of dark marks which will come out when washed. The yellow staining should fade upon washing, especially if washed at a very high temperature. 4 out of the 8 napkins are stained also in very small areas. These stains have been caused from the years they have spent being folded in cupboards. Again, the more they are washed, the more these stains will fade. *Please note that even though I thoroughly inspect each item, sometimes I miss a small stain or area of damage. My descriptions are as detailed and as honest as I am able to give following my inspection *
