Does your shop accept returns/refunds?

I am unable to process refunds at this time due to the nature of my products. Each item is made to order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact me and I will do my best to work with you to fix any issues you might have. My goal is to make items that my customers love and I will do what I can to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

All Items will ship to the address tied to your payment method. If you want your item shipped to another address please make sure you edit your address prior to purchasing. I am not responsible for items after they are shipped. All orders are sent with a tracking number that you will receive by email at the time of shipment. if your order is lost by USPS you must file a lost package claim with your local post office. Items that are shipped and returned due to no fault of mine (ie: Your shipping address has not been updated tied to your payment method) Your item will be repackaged and charged the full shipping fee again to reship. *All items are shipped in protective packaging to keep them in perfect condition!

Can you change the the hair color/skin tone with the dolls in your shop?

The dolls in my shop are purchased with licenses from amazing artists. I am unable to change the dolls. Some dolls come in different variations but if you don't see a hair color or skin tone in a particular doll that means it is not available.

The item shipped, but I never received my order.

I ship USPS Ground Advantage, which comes with tracking, but not insurance. Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot be held responsible for it, and refunds or resends will not be reissued. Please call your local post office and provide your tracking number so they can further assist you. If you prefer to have tracking/insurance (recommended, but more expensive), please contact me PRIOR to ordering so that I can find out how much shipping will be, then
