Returns & Refunds:
If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact me immediately and I’ll do my utmost to make things right. Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns/exchanges for engraved items unless they arrive defective.

Seller is not responsible for weather and postal strike delays, theft or items marked as delivered so please ensure you provide a secure location for shipping. Nor is the seller responsible for any customs and import taxes which are levied by the buyer's country. If shipments are returned to Kissamo unclaimed or refused, we cannot refund personalized orders or shipping charges.

Any defective items can be exchanged for an identical item if stock is available. Refunds for the original purchase price are given if the item is returned within 30 days from your date of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to return items during shipment; as well as any insurance costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the original item. Exchanges will be processed within 14 days after receiving the original item.
