We use eco-friendly packaging for all our products. Our packaging materials are either recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable, ensuring that our packaging has minimal impact on the environment.

All clothing and veils are shipped with full tracking, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress through the postal system. Smaller items, such as crowns and earrings, are sent via 2nd Class (domestic) or International Standard mail, which does not include tracking. If you would prefer tracking for these smaller items, you can select a postage upgrade at checkout.

Custom and personalised orders

I love making custom items for my customers. If you have a specific color or style in mind, please message me so we can talk about it.

You can find all sizing details in the item descriptions. Skirts are measured in inches. If you need a size that's not listed, please send me a message, and I'll do my best to assist you.

I offer the option to customize any skirt in my shop with an elasticated waistband, feel free to message me to discuss your preferences Belt loops can also be chosen as an add-on from their listing

I accept returns on all items except for personalized or custom-made products. To initiate a return, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back to me. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and verified to be in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. If the seal is broken, the earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
