Where do I put the Name I want on my Item?

Please use the Personalization Box, if you do not see the Personalization box (this can happen on some mobile devices or browsers) please use the Notes to Seller box before you confirm your order to add the Name(s) you want on the item(s) your ordered. If you ordered for a large group can can use this box to list all of the names for the individual items.

Can I Add a Jersey Number or Team Name?

Yes - I can work Jersey Numbers, Levels, Team Names, School Names into most of my designs. There is no addtional cost for this. Please use the Notes to Seller Box to request this. If what you're requesting will not work with the design I will contact you with options prior to making your item.

I don't see what I am looking for.

I am happy to make custom designs. Just send me a convo of what you would like and I will let you know if it is something I can do.

Do you have other Soccer, Cheer, Volleyball....etc. Designs?

I have several options for mosts themes. Please use the search bar in my shop (vs. the main Etsy search bar) to search for your sport or theme. This way you'll see everything I currently have listed for that theme/sport. Again - If you don't see what you are looking for contact me via a convo.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

My estimated shipping dates are a general guideline. I have no way to anticipate when I will have a day with over 100 orders placed or just 10 orders placed. In general I ship much faster than the posted anticipated ship date. If you have a specific date you need your order delivered by - please contact me via convos to see if it is possible based on my current order volume and also add your need-by date in the notes to seller box and I will do everything possible to make the date with standard shipping.

Monogram Letter Order ****Please read if Ordering Initial Monograms

Monograms are traditionally done in the order; first initial/last initial/middle initial. However it is personal preference how you want them ordered and some orders are for school initials like "FHS" for Fallston High School. PLEASE NOTE: When ordering put the initials in the order in which you want them to appear on the product. We do not re-order the initials, they will be done exactly as you have entered them. Leave off additional comments such as "last names in middle" or "first middle last" as they can be confusing, only enter the initials .... also do not list the full names, just the initials in the order which you want them to appear. We do not accept returns for letter order if the item was shipped with initials as entered

Absolutely! Each one is made to order. We can also add things like your jersey number, graduating year, event date and team name, just include them in the notes box when ordering.

HOW IS THE DECORATION APPLIED?
We design the art for your item on the computer then apply the art with a dye sublimation process using a thermal heat press. The result is a beautiful finish on the natural linen material. This is not vinyl, screen print or appliqué. The sublimation process we use permanently binds the colors to the item. It will not scratch, peel or fade.
