Returns and Exchanges

Product returns must be in original condition and packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to issue you a refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. Earring returns are not accepted for sanitary purposes. Returns must be within 30 days from time of delivery. Include a copy of your order with all returns. *To keep your jewelry in it's best condition, do not wear while sleeping, do not expose it to water or other liquids, and store in a safe dry place.

Blue Lace Agate forms through the rhythmic crystallization of silica solutions in volcanic or metamorphic rocks' cavities, resulting in its characteristic banded patterns.
