♡ It's highly recommended that each customer should measure their neck to be sure of size and choose the proper sizes for necklaces. I do offer a listing for you to purchase an extender chain in the same metal as your necklace. Resizing a necklace is not an option.

♡ Chlorine damage from swimming pools or by exposure to fumes from nail or hair salons are not refundable.

♡ Customized orders or necklaces are not eligible for returns nor exchange.
