❤️️ I DON'T HAVE A GROUP PHOTO, CAN YOU DRAW US TOGETHER?
YES! Please send individual photos and I can draw them together for you! If you need to change the outfit, that is OK as well!

❤️️WHAT SIZE IS THE FILE? HOW LARGE CAN I PRINT IT?
For sizes, I usually do between 3000 to 6000 pixels depending on the design of the drawing. They all can be printed in high resolution. People have us to print it on canvas up to 48 inches and they all look great. If you have any special requirements for dimensions, please let me know when ordering.

❤️️ Will YOU DRAW HALF BODIES OR FULL BODIES?
By default, I draw half bodies for people and half bodies or full bodies for pets. I will choose the best option for drawing all the characters. If you'd like me to draw full bodies for people, there is an extra charge of $15 for each person.

For the Disney and Japanese style drawing, I will send a black and white sketch first and then the colored version.

If you are unhappy with the sketch, I can revise it up to 3 times or if you decide to stop the service, 40% of the total cost will be refunded to you; after the colored version is sent, no refund will be given.

For all the other drawings, I will send the proof directly. I can make changes up to 3 times. Extra edits will need additional charge.

The end result from Wendy was what I had expected, but my experience requesting and getting the image completed was why I only gave 3 stars. I ordered this as a wedding gift and upon placing my order I submitted a couple reference photos as well as a request to change the colours in the groom's outfit in the photo. My requests were clear - navy suit, light pink tie, bright pink boutonniere. Communication with Wendy was basically non-existent and the first drafts did not include my colour change requests. I had to ask multiple times for the suit and boutonniere colour changes, using the 3 revisions available as per the listing. I feel like for the price of the item (nearly $200), the delivery should have been a much smoother experience.
