COVID-19:

UK orders are being shipped as normal, however many areas are experiencing severe shipping delays.

International orders may be subject to significant delays due to Covid-19 and Brexit.

Due to Covid-19 & Brexit, please allow the following time for your order to arrive:

UK - 1 week
Europe - 2-6 weeks
Rest of World - 4-8 weeks

The following delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's standard shipping estimates, and do not take into account delays due to Covid-19.

'READY TO SHIP' ITEMS:

Ready to ship orders will be posted within 1-3 business days of receiving the order unless stated otherwise.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Orders over £30 are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. Delivery takes approximately 2-5 working days. Upgrades to 1st Class (1-2 working days) are available.

European orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard International and take approximately 1-2 weeks. Orders over £20 may be sent tracked.

Orders to the rest of the world are sent by Royal Mail Standard International and take approximately 1-4 weeks. Orders over £20 may be sent tracked.

Delivery times are estimates by Royal Mail and can sometimes get delayed. International orders may sometimes get held up at customs which may delay your order.

'MADE TO ORDER' ITEMS:

Made to order items will be sent within the time frame shown on the item listing at the time of ordering, which can be anything between 1-8 weeks depending on current order levels. Rush order options are available, please see listing descriptions for full details.

All UK 'made to order' items will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For. All international 'made to order' items will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. The same delivery times apply as to the standard shipping above.

CUSTOMS / TAXES:

Please note that if you are an international buyer you may incur duties or taxes at customs. Any costs relating to this are the responsibility of the buyer.

PLASTIC:

I am working really hard to remove plastic from all of my packaging and this is something I'm very passionate about. The majority of my packaging is now completely plastic-free, with the exception of bubble-wrap lined mailing envelopes for some orders. Unfortunately as I ordered these in bulk several years ago, I am still working my way through these. As sizes run out they will be replaced with a plastic-free alternative (most sizes already have).

Timescales for custom orders vary from a few days to several weeks or even months depending on the type of item, my current stock of materials and how many orders I have. Please enquire to get an accurate timescale.
