What is your refund policy?

Refund Policy Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting returns. All Sales Final in the event there is an issue please contact us at info@thecraftykit.com. We carefully package and ship every package with care and love, but are not responsible for mishaps that may occur with USPS, fedex and ups handling errors. If by chance your glassware arrives damaged please make sure to submit images within 24 hours of order receipt so we can submit a claim with USPS on your behalf. Please make sure to water your succulents at the roots only upon arrival to help destress the succulents from its transit period. It is common too loose leaves during transit but those leaves can be propagated.

are there shipping guarantees

no, sadly there is no shipping guarantees on how long packages will take. fedex, ups and usps are incredibly overwhelmed since march 2020 when the pandemic hit. if you need a guarantee shipping option please reach out to me and i can cost out those prices for you

what is your processing time

3-5 business days we will always ship prior to the etsy deadline. if there are any urgencies please email us and we can price out other shipping methods. if you agree to purchase your item with usps priority you are agreeing we do not have control of their lead time

Will our project come out looking like the image

project image is exclusively for inspiration. we will ship all the items listed in the image but it will be up to your creativity to execute the desired aesthetic. using the diy instructional card provided you will execute as close to the inspiration or even better. we also offer virtual workshops if you are interested please send us a message for more details

Custom and personalized orders

if you are interested in purchasing bulk kits please message us directly so we can coordinate how to compile separate shipping addresses. if you are ordering kits to the same location unless requested all items will be included in the same shipping box. please note we do not label all pieces to the kit unless requested. our assumption is all kits are going to the same household and to be assembled together of which you can share supplies amongst your multiple groups.

can you ship terrarium kits internationally

yes we may but we would need a phytosanitary certificate prior to shipping which would be a $26 upcharge. please message us directly for more details
