We ship some items such as pins, or orders containing many items, in bubble mailers through USPS First Class Mail. We may take approximately 1-2 weeks maximum to process your order, but usually orders are processed within just a few days. After that, your package may take 3-5 business days to arrive in the US, or 7-21 days internationally. We can not guarantee international shipping times. Some small or flat items, such as joy-con caps, may be shipped in flat envelopes with tracking available through Etsy. Larger items such as ita bags are sent through the USPS in boxes. Pre-order purchases may take over a month or a few months to be processed, depending on the item.

If you think you should have received your package by now, please contact me through Etsy messages. I cannot personally keep track of every order that I send out, it is your responsibility to contact me through Etsy messages if you think your item is missing. I am not personally responsible for lost or damaged mail; however, in many situations I will send a replacement either entirely free of cost or only for the price of shipping.

Sometimes the USPS will mark an item delivered early, before it actually is. Your item may still be in transit. Please let me know a few days after this occurs if it still hasn't been delivered, and I will send you a replacement with a new tracking number in this case.

The Joy-Con Stick Caps are designed for Joy-Con controllers, and fit best on them. However, many customers also use them on Nintendo Switch Pro Controllers, PlayStation controllers, and XBox controllers. They can be stretched to fit on these controllers, and will have a concave appearance.
