I offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! Shipping includes handling and insurance. I ship via Air-Mail Fast Registered post (take 7-10 days to arrive) or by FEDEX express which takes 2-4 business days to arrive at your door with tracking confirmation. If you're in a rush or need your order for a specific date, please notify me. All addresses must be confirmed by PayPal and I will only ship to those confirmed addresses. International mail is affected by several circumstances; Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, customs delays, and delivery times are totally beyond my control! Before purchasing, I recommend checking the import taxes and fees, as they are NOT included in the cost of the purchase or shipping and handling.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are packed in a labeled gift box, ready to give as a gift. If you are sending a gift for someone you care about, please let me know, I will be happy to add a personal greeting card for you.

I'd love to design any jewelry that you dream about. All jewelry can be customized with different gemstones or gold color. Contact me for any request.

Daily Use: I recommend taking off your jewelry when sleeping, swimming, bathing, doing sports, or sunbathing. Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorinated water, and other chemicals. Cleaning: Jewelry needs regular cleaning to look at its best. With time jewelry attracts dirt and grease in every corner. Silver jewelry naturally tarnishes with time because of its contact with the air. Silver, gold filled and gold jewelry can be cleaned in a bath of ammonia and a bit of washing-up liquid. Use a toothbrush and scrub carefully, then rinse in water. * For corals, opals, and pearls use only water!

Special orders and custom-made items (such as engraved items or rings) I will not be able to refund, but I will be happy to resize or modify the item to your satisfaction. All rings orders are CUSTOM orders and created for each customer - according to size. Since each ring is made to order, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me, send me the ring, and I will fix the ring size for you. For other items - exchanges are possible - see policy for details! All shipping fees are under the buyer's responsibility. Customs fees may also be charged. If I agree for refounding, the refund can issue after the item arrives, and it will be minus the shipping cost to you and the customs costs I will have.

Size replacement, Alterations and fixes

If your item arrives damaged - please contact me, and I will handle the problem and provide a fix. For size replacements and design alterations - the additional costs will be quoted according to each request. All shipping fees are under the buyer's responsibility. Customs fees may also be charged.
