Please contact us if you have any questions or have any custom requests.

Happy Shopping!

LIKE THE DESIGN BUT NEED A COLOR OR A NAME PERSONALIZED?
I’m happy to make up to two color changes and name change at no charge. After purchase, just shoot me a message with your specifics. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your updated files.

Don’t want to wait for a color change? There are several sites such as drawsvg.com that will allow you to edit the color and are free of charge. Simply upload the svg file, and click on the the image or elements (if applicable) that you would like changed.

HOW DO I USE AS AN IRON ON TRANSFER?
It’s simple! There are several sites such as pinetools.com or flipapicture.com that are free to use. Just upload your png image and flip the image to be mirrored for iron on use. Keep in mind, that since white is not a recognized color on inkjet or laser printers (the paper is white, duh!), you won’t be able to print white letters like a cutting machine can. Don’t fret, you can change the color to a cream or light grey color that will show up enough to print and still give the same effect and look. Still need help? No problem. Just shoot me a quick message and I’ll happily send you a mirrored image at no charge.

*Please note that I have no affiliation with any third party website mentioned. These are merely suggestions and sites that I have tried and known to be user friendly.

HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASED FILE?
If you have ANY issue whatsoever, please don’t hesitate to let me know. As long as it’s not in the middle of the night or haven’t had a cup of caffeine yet, I will prioritize it and get back to you asap. Feedback is critical to any business, and I definitely value yours!
