This custom sweatshirt is unisex and runs one size large! If you would like the waist band to sit at your waist it is recommended that women size down 1-2 sizes and men size down 1 size. This listing is for embroidery on the left chest (as you wear it), if you would like embroidery in other locations, we can accommodate, just send a message and we will make a custom add-on listing for you.

**TURNAROUND TIME: Normal production time is two weeks, plus shipping time, based on your chosen shipping method. Please see the photo titled "Shipping Info" in this listing's photo gallery, for more info on shipping methods and approximate times.

***SHIPPING NOTE: ONCE A PACKAGE DEPARTS OUR FACILITY, IT IS EXCLUSIVELY MANAGED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIER. Please be certain you have entered the correct shipping address and note the ongoing fluctuation of parcel delivery times. Lost or stolen parcels are regrettably beyond our shop's control and must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.

Here is how it works:

Text Only:
Choose "text only" from the drop down menu, along with your items size and color choices. Then choose a font and thread color from the charts and leave that information along with your custom text in the personalization section below the drop down menus.

Custom Logo:
Choose your items size and color choices from the drop down. Then choose "custom logo" from the menu, this option includes the price of a ONE TIME fee of $25 to have your logo digitized for embroidery. Once your logo is digitized you will be able to order again from my shop in the future without paying the digitizing fee. The digitizing fee only applies once, it is NOT per item. Once you checkout with this option, message me a picture of your logo, and we will then be able to discuss color options and other details. If you are ordering multiple items, add the custom logo option to your cart once, and add the rest using the "My Logo is Digitized" option.

My Logo is Digitized:
THIS IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE PLACING MULTIPLE ITEM LOGO ORDERS OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR DIGITIZING. Choose "my logo is digitized" from the drop down menu, along with your items size and color choices. Then leave your company name or logo name in the personalization section below the drop down menus.
