When will my order ship?

All items are made to order, so please allow 2-7 days fulfillment time prior to shipping. COVID-19 UPDATE: Some items are delayed due to the pandemic. I'll do my best to keep individual listings for items up to date.

Do you print your apparel and prints?

At this time, I don't have the means to manufacture my goods by hand, so I work with third-party companies here in the United States. However, I can guarantee you that all of the designs are 100% my own.

My shirt smells sour?

Sometimes a sour smell can result as a by-product of the direct to garment printing process. (To be specific, it's a fixation agent that helps the ink stick to the fabric.) Don't worry: your shirt is totally clean and brand new, and the smell will go away after it's been washed.

Can I order a shirt in a color different than what's listed?

I have a lot of colors available to me and I pick out the ones I think look best. If you've got another color in mind, feel free to reach out!

My item arrived damaged or defective?

My production partners are super reliable, and I try out all my products myself, but sometimes things happen. If there's an issue with your order, I will do everything in my power to resolve it for you. If necessary, I'm happy to replace the item and/or issue a refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, since all items are made to order I can't accept returns or exchanges.

My shirt/dress/item says "Made in Mexico"?

Yes! I design all of the fabric and graphics myself, and then they are printed by my partner company. For all-over print items, my partner company also cuts and sews the clothing in-house. To help with growing fulfillment demands, they have facilities all over the world. That said, Etsy only allows me to work with companies that they have vetted to ensure ethical business practices, so you can rest assured that no workers were exploited in the making of your item, and it is indeed original.

A note on manufacturing: I don't have the equipment or materials to print my own custom fabric and sew it into apparel, so I work with a third-party company to create my products. All-over print products like this dress are typically produced in Mexico or Latvia, depending on which facility is closer to the order destination. This will be reflected on the product tag, which will say "Made in Mexico/Latvia/other." Don't worry! You're not getting a mass-manufactured product! It was still designed right here in-house.
