We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment or not found by recipient. Once the item has left our hands, it is in the hands of couriers and all following action will need to be taken with local post facilities. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed/etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again.

All items have been hand washed or professionally dry cleaned. We mend the clothes and remove minor stains whenever possible. We are honest with any imperfections in the description. Please read carefully what is stated in the product description. This is vintage clothing, so please do not expect 100% perfect clothes like brand new clothes. We strongly recommend you to wash or dry clean your clothes once again before wearing for safety reasons.

Mint: flawless, like new, no signs of wear

Excellent: completely wearable, sturdy, has one or two small flaws that are pointed out, loose seams, may have minute imperfections( tiny stains, tiny holes) that missed my human and camera eye. Please know that I NEVER deliberately omit mentioning flaws.

Very good: completely wearable, sturdy, may have a noticeable stain, tiny hole or two, but not detracting from the design. may also have loose seams.

Good: wearable but has obvious flaws that either can be repaired or ignored happily.

Fair: may need reinforcement before wear.

As Is: don't know if it can be restored, may be use useful as a costume piece or project.

1. Rinse vintage garments in cool water. Make sure to rinse them well. You don't want any detergent residue! Most detergents have chemicals that are fairly harmful to vintage fibers, make sure you rinse well, do it twice!
2. Use WARM water for natural fabrics (such as cotton), not hot.
3. Add vinegar to your wash, it helps to keep colors from bleeding.
4. Polyester and poly-blend clothes look better if they are hung to dry. I don't really know why, they just do from my experience.
5. Only wash one garment at a time. Even if the colors are similar. It's better to be safe than sorry.
6. If in doubt, LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS. I am by no means a professional washer/restorer of vintage clothing.

When I ship, I always mark each package as "used clothing" and as "gift". I also set the price to be very low to avoid custom charges for customers. Each country's custom rules are different, in case custom fees do occur, all custom duties are the responsibility of the buyers.
