We assure that all the artworks in our store are 100% hand painted on canvas. There is no art prints in our store.

Custom and personalized orders

We accept custom or personalized orders. If there is no suitable size for your site in our listings, you can require a custom size and contact us for the price, we can offer response within 12 hours. Or if you have any other ideas about our artworks, we can also custom paint it according to your requirement.

What's the difference among rolled canvas, stretched canvas and stretch+frame?

Rolled canvas means the painting does not include any strecher bars or frame, the canvas is rolled and packed in a tube, and you will need to do the stretching/framing in your local frame studio. Stretched canvas means that the painting comes with wood stretcher bars on its back. And you are able to hang my painting on a wall directly once received. Stretch + frame means the painting comes with both strecher bars and frame, which is also ready to hang. We have 4 differnt frame colors for your choice. If you like other frame colors, please feel free to contact us before you place your order.

Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks for us to paint an artwork, and 3-5 days for the delivery by DHL or Fedex.

All our paintings are packed in a very careful way. In case there is any damage during transportation and you can see the package is broken, please refuse to sign the package in front of the courier. Here are some recommendations for your reference in such cases: 1.Please write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill and refuse to sign it. 2.If the courier just leaves the package at your door, and you cannot confirm the damage in front of the courier, please just contact us and send us the damaged photos. In case the painting is lost during transportation, we can also repaint one and deliver to you for free.

Do you sign your paintings?

Normally we do not sign on the painting so that you can hang it in any directions you want. But if you need us to sign, we can also do it. Just leave a note when placing the order and we will sign it before shipping.

1.Returns and exchanges are acceptable within 14 days of delivery. 2.Shipping items back is acceptable within 30 days of delivery 3. Returned painting should be in good condition and shipped back in its original packing, so please keep the package until you are satisfied with what you received.
