Where is my digital order?

Once your payment is confirmed, your product/s will be available to download directly through your Etsy account under the "purchases and reviews" section. How do I print my order?

If you have purchased a digital item, it will be available to download in PDF format and you can print this at home or at any printing shop that supports PDF files. If in doubt, try Vistaprint!

Where can I locate tracking info for my order?

If tracking is available for your order, you will be sent a tracking link upon dispatch within your Etsy account and to your email. PLEASE NOTE: TRACKING DOES NOT COME AS STANDARD FOR SMALL ITEMS (e.g. stickers, bookmarks, etc.) Unless the item description states tracking is included, please assume it is not included. For items where tracking is not standard, you will be offered the option to upgrade at checkout. It is your responsibility to upgrade to tracked shipping if you wish for your item to be tracked.
