Material Used and Care Instructions

Materials used are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. To ensure wreath will last for seasons to come, I suggest hanging your wreath on a door with a slight overhang and not direct sunlight. Over time the sun exposure will fade some flowers faster than others,but you will get several seasons out of the wreath. Each wreath consists of quality materials. Every wreath or item is made professionally as well as neat. Most of my wreath bases are made of sealed metal wire frames and items such as flowers, pine cones, signs, etc are either wired, hot glued or both into place.

Are the Processing and Shipment Time the same thing?

No, they are not. All of my items are READY to BE SHIPPED unless they are custom. See each listing for processing times. Shipping times are Monday-Friday. Additionally, delivery can be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather, which is out of my control.

Do you offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States/International?

YES, we offer free shipping on selected items too ALL locations in the United States! . At this time for International we do not offer business in other countries. It is strictly for the United States only.

What am I getting? Please READ the DESCRIPTION of your item BEFORE purchasing.

Please READ the description on your items you are looking to purchase. It is in great detail of that item. Ex: I sell RIBBON on the SPOOL and OFF the SPOOL. OFF SPOOL meaning is that it will not have a cardboard center. It will consist of a 5 yard or 10 yard continuous piece of ribbon. It is then packaged in a baggie.

What happens if the wreath or product is damaged?

We all hope this never happens, but from time to time USPS gets a little rough with our packages which can cause some damage to the item. I encourage you to purchase extra parcel insurance to protect your shipments and your purchase. If your item becomes damaged or crushed you will have to handle through your carrier or Post Office. It is up to the customer to place extra insurance on your parcel to protect yourself and what you have invested in the item.

Due to the nature of the products ALL SALES are FINAL. But please contact me if you have a problem with your order.
