All ceramics I pack very well. I wrap each house in burble paper. Then I lay the box with air paper.
Gift wrapping- first wrap the burble paper then in craft paper with a bow. And also put the gift in a box with air paper for safe transportation.

If the package is lost, the seller will refund you the money for the goods, but not earlier than 2 months after the package has left the country of dispatch

When returning the goods, all postage are paid by the buyer.
When rerurning the item must be packed as well as the seller did.

Potential customs duties are not included in the price of the product. Potential duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

We start looking for a parcel if, according to the tracking number, its location does not change within 14 days.
We are writing a search request, according to the law. The postal service can respond to a request from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will either be found and taken out there, or recognized as lost.
If the parcel is recognized as lost, then 100% of the order amount is returned to you.
If the package is found but delivered too late, you will not receive a refund. Since all the dates are not exact, but approximate. We cannot influence the operation of the mail service.

If the parcel was returned to us due to the fact that you did not pick up your parcel, then the funds are non-refundable.

If the item was damaged during shipment, please provide us with a photo within 2 days of receipt and we will resend you a new item or refund
