The first unit that arrived broke as I clipped it on to my Shires slide. The plastic was quite hard and brittle with no 'give'. I contacted the owner and credit where it is due he dispatched a replacement by return. This new unit is 3D printed with a different (black) elastomeric material and it clipped onto the slide as designed with no problem. More spins in the material. Great customer service and I am expecting it to work flawlessly. Having now shown the 'flic' button to many of my iPad music friends they are all considering switching from the dreaded footpedal which can be troublesome. The dreaded inadvertent double tap followed by the equally disastrous reverse double tap and you are in immediate trouble. Plus those foot pedals go to sleep if not used for a long time. This flic button could the answer. Fingers crossed.
