If you need a card by a certain date, please upgrade the postage at checkout for quicker delivery.

If you have placed an order and would like to upgrade to a quicker delivery method, please place a new order and select the postage you'd like at checkout - let us know so we can cancel the original order for you.

Please refer to the delivery information for how long each postage method takes.
Dispatch times are added to the delivery estimates.

Please note that delivery dates given by Etsy are estimates and may differ due to possible delays - please do bear in mind that we can't control delivery dates as they're up to Royal Mail and the postage method chosen!

We can print a message of your choosing inside for free - please let me know in the notes upon purchasing or ASAP after you buy and we'll gladly include it with your order!

Please label your inside message as "INSIDE:" when ordering.

Please Note - If your message isn't labelled as inside, it may be printed on the outside of the card.

If you want your card to be sent direct to the person you want to give it to, then we're happy to print your message in the card and send it directly to the address provided - just let us know in the notes when you purchase or send Kate a message.
We don't charge for this!

Any cards sent direct will be sent with the card's envelope sealed with the sticker we provide and wrapped in tissue paper. This is then placed into a protective boardback envelope for shipping.

If it's not mentioned anywhere on the order (please see: marking as gift FAQ section) that it's going direct to the recipient, your card will be packaged with the envelope left unsealed so please do let us know!

All orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 working days.

PLEASE NOTE - the delivery estimates given by Etsy are for guidance and are not guaranteed - seasonal mail, bank holidays and postal delays may affect delivery times.

Royal Mail will class orders as lost after 10 working days for second class post, 7 working days for first class, 3 working days for Tracked 24 and 2 working days for Special Delivery.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements until the order is classed as lost.

All international orders are sent via tracked shipping - a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.

Tracked: 4 - 15 working days

REST OF WORLD (USA, Canada, Australia, etc)
Tracked: 1 - 2 weeks minimum, may take up to 5 weeks

Please note that we cannot refund or replace a card until 5 weeks has passed to give the card chance to arrive.

We can change the number and text on any of our designs!
Please feel free to order the card you'd like and specify in the personalisation what number and text you'd like on the card.

Some colours can also be changed.
** Please note that I can only change simple colours such text, balloons, hats, etc for free. **

If you'd like a cat/dog/etc changing to look like a particular pet, please message Kate before ordering - we charge extra for the time taken for this as she draws every design by hand and the design will require redrawing. Please message Kate for a quote on how much it'll cost - prices depend on how long it will take Kate to redesign it for you.

UK - If you'd like tracking on your order please selected a tracked postal service at the checkout upon purchasing. Second class and first class do not include tracking. Tracked 24 and special delivery do include tracking.

Please note that discount codes cannot be used on custom orders - this includes any special offers, the first order discount code as well as any thank you codes you may receive.

The text on the front of any of our cards can be changed to whatever you like!

Please select the chosen relations from the drop-down menus (if applicable) and enter any text such as names etc into the box under the 'add your personalisation' section.

Please ensure you've entered your text correctly as it will be directly copy and pasted onto the card template for printing. Please also check that any relations you've selected are correct. If you think you've made a mistake please contact Kate via Etsy!

If you have marked your order as a gift to go direct to the recipient please message us or mention somewhere (in notes for seller for example) that you would like the card to go direct to the recipient - many customers mark their orders as gifts even if it's going to themselves so please let us know! :)

We can't always tell when it's going direct to the person it's for, so please do contact us if you haven't mentioned it.

We package our cards with it's envelope in tissue paper and with a unused envelope sticker - all cards are packaged like this by standard unless we know it's going direct to the recipient. If going direct we will seal the card in it's envelope for you.
