Highlights
Vintage gold covered plastic/resin feathers or quills, flat on one side. The sound these make when they clink together is like metal or glass, but I cracked one open and they do seem to be some kind of resin or plastic inside that metal shell. Their gold plating is very heavy and I believe it is actually metal, though I'm am amazed that plastic could be plated with metal. I purchased them with a lot of other vintage plastic findings likely made in Japan (some marked) around the 1950s. Once I sell out, I will not be getting more. They are in good condition with some minor wear. Some do have some spots that look like verdigris/corrosion, but most are very clean. They measure a bit shy of 1" long by about 1/2" wide.
Price is for 6 pieces.
When holding so the the plume is at the top, the plume on these tilts to the left. These are the same as the ones I've had listed in the past except they tilt to the opposite side.
