I purchased a pre-made logo, how long until I receive my customized proof?

You will receive your initial logo proof 1-3 business days after your purchase. From there we move into any refinements (if needed). In order to keep the process moving smoothly from initial proof to final file delivery we kindly ask for your prompt responses (within 3 business days) to our messages/e-mails.

I love one of the pre-made logos, but I can't picture how my business name will look with it. Can you help?

Absolutely, I offer a logo preview option for this very reason! Because of the digital nature of the logos I cannot offer refunds, so it's best to try it out before you commit. You will receive a coupon code for half the logo preview ($3 USD) to credit towards your purchase of the final logo. The font used to create my logo is lovely! Will you provide me with the font files?

I am happy to provide you with font information/link upon request. Some fonts I use are free and some fonts used are licensed and non-transferable. This means you will need to purchase the font file from its original designer.

I don't want anyone else to be able to purchase my logo! Can I buy it outright and have it removed from your shop forever?

Yes, you can! Just send me a message or e-mail and I can let you know if anyone has purchased it in the past. If the logo hasn't been previously purchased, the fee to retire the logo from the shop forever is $200 USD + the original logo listing cost. A custom listing will be created for you to purchase and retire the logo. Making it exclusively yours!

Abandoned Logo Order Policy

If you have not replied or finalized your pre-made logo order within 30 days of purchase date it will be considered abandoned. After the 30 days of no response your order will be closed and there will be a $25 fee to restart your order. If you know that for any reason you will not be able to communicate with me in a timely manner please let me know ahead of time and I will be happy to accommodate.

I love one of the pre-made logos but I think it needs a few customizations to make it perfect. Can you do that?

I am always happy to add customizations onto a pre-made logo for an additional fee. Just send me a message so we can work out what you would like done and I will provide you with a customized quote.
