Loved the item but it arrived late, we couldn’t use it. It showed label printed and I got excited thinking it’d get to the shipping on time but it was never going to make it for the date range I ordered for considering when it actually shipped.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All items are handmade and made to order in the order in which they are received. Please allow 14 business days, weekends and holidays excluded for your your order to be shipped out. Our production time does not include shipping. Our orders are picked up from USPS next day once the label is created. We have been experiencing many delays due to holiday package increases and limited employees due to COVID-19. We have been also facing many issues with our packages not being scanned. Once a package leaves my hands, I can’t control how fast it gets to you as i do not work for USPS. If you need an item rushed please contact us before ordering.
