What do I need to use presets?

There are 2 categories of presets: Mobile and Desktop. Mobile presets can be used only on phones and you have to install free Lightroom CC app which is available for iOS as well as for Android. Desktop presets can be used only on PC/Mac and need paid Lightroom software.

How to install mobile presets?

Please check howtoinstall.pdf attached to your order. It's a detailed installation guide with step by step screenshots. If you need more help write me a message, I will reply as soon as possible.

I've just bought a preset but haven't received the files. What now?

Please check if the email address attached to your Etsy account is correct or is the one you are still using. If yes and there are still problems, write me a message and I will send you the files directly via mail.

How to download the files?

After the purchase you will receive an email from Etsy with receipt and Download Links - just click them. You can also login to your Etsy account (via Safari or Chrome), go to Your Account ->Purchases and Reviews. There is a full history of your orders. Click one and you will see a Download Files link next to it.

Presets are blank photos in my camera roll. Is that ok?

Yes, that's correct. DNG files can be visible only in Lightroom app. You have to open the app and import the photos to actually see them.
