When does my order arrive?

I can't print my files

If your order contains .zip files you'll need to unzip them first. If after unzipping you still can't print the files, send us a message and we'll try our best to help!

Where should I print?

Can I use the designs on t-shirts or other products?

All the designs are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may print the designs on shirts or other products for yourself and give them as a gift, but they cannot cannot be handed over to a third party, resold or used for commercial purposes.

Is it possible to cancel or refund my order?

Due to the digital nature of our products, they are not eligible for exchanges, refunds or cancellations. If you accidentally purchased two copies of the same item you might be eligible for a refund (does not apply to custom items). If the item you purchased is faulty or not as described, you have the right to have the product replaced.
