Item not received...?

We provide tracking on all of our sales. Check your order details for the corresponding tracking number. In the rare case of your item showing delivered, but you haven't received your item, we suggest you do the following: -Check with neighbors to see if they got your package. -Contact your post office for details. (We cannot do anything about it ourselves. Once an item is shipped, we have just as much control of a package as you do. Meaning virtually no control at all!) -Report item stolen to police. The best way to catch mail theft is to report every incident! -Call your police department and file a report!!! -If an item is stolen, it is out of our hands. You will need to repurchase another item, we will not send you a free replacement.

Original 80s She-ra Metal Replacement Crown and Sword

*Your Vintage She-ra has never had this much power before*

Because your vintage doll is 30 years old, her plastic may have shrunk/deformed. I suggest placing the sword in her hand from the bottom 1st, then placing it the correct way. It may be a tight fit at first, but I assure you it will fit. You can also heat the doll with a hair dryer to help re-form the plastic.

Decals are hand-cut and glued. Although I try hard to line everything up, this is a hand process, so slight imperfections may be present.

The arm brace on the shield are made to be bent into shape/size. You can use pliers to bend the metal. Although it is made for the original 80s She-Ra, it may fit others dolls as the brace is sizable. This shield is metal, so please handle it with care, as it could scratch paint off your doll. The center brace can be twisted to pose differently. The gold may not match the crown and sword we also sell, as it wasn't made in the same batch/time.
