nice layout, but can't update on regular pc; only writing info by hand via Ipad, et al. guess for younger crowd. :)

Very well designed. Though I would prefer 1-page portrait rather than 2-page landscape layout. My preference though not the designer’s fault. I loved the fact that at no extra charge I got lifetime access to all printable templates by the designer. That made it well worth the purchase price!
