Shipping: are all orders tracked?

We use our country's postal service, Posta Slovenije. Yes, all orders are tracked and need to be signed for. We love to make sure all orders reach the recipient and are not stolen off the porch. We will send you the tracking number via etsy notifications when the order has shipped. Please check tracking at your post, like Royal Mail for UK or USPS in USA; universal tracking is available at 17track net Unfortunately, during these times, some parcels may take longer to arrive than estimated. This is due to unprecedented postal delays all over the world. While we try to offer the best customer support, unfortunately after shipping, the parcel is out of our hands and we can only see the same tracking info as you.

Do you make one of a kind items?

Yes, of course. We can add names to some teasers, and we can also do special color combinations, as well as add bells or similar. We can switch valerian for catnip or vice versa or add both in the toss toy you want. If you want a kicker with your pet's name, we can embroider that. Just drop us a line :)

Please note that we are NOT responsible for the correctness of your shipping address, especially if you ship to your cat's name of a don't enter a name as well as the surname. Double check the address and let us know as soon as possible if the address on file at Etsy is incorrect.

How sturdy are your toys?

As we have cats ourselves, sturdiness of our cat toys is an important part of our toys. We have teaser toys that are meant to make the cats chase them, catch them occasionally, but not play tug of war or chew on them. Our Fly wands with changing refills/Lures/attachments are these kind of toys. Then we have rough teaser toys, most of them are a wand with natural fur at the end, these are extremely long lasting. Feathers are not as strong as fur and generally don't last the same amount of time. And then there are toss toys. These are usually strong enough to withstand scratching and biting, but they are still not chew toys. As cats have very sharp teeth and claws, they will eventually destroy all toys, as this is what cats do with prey.

Do you offer refunds for toys that the cats destroy?

Sorry, but no, we don't; please read on, why. Cats are hunters and it's in their nature to destroy toys. Especially the ones they like - they don't touch the ones they don't like. Cats will eventually 'kill' their caught prey and this is what they try to do with toys also. We pride ourselves to produce quality toys, but some models (like fly wands) are not to be used as tug of war or chew toys ~ these wand are specially made to promote hunting and recreation for inside cats. If you know your cat is a rough player, choose a wand with rooster feathers, or better yet, with rabbit fur. Natural fur is strong enough to withstand a hyper shorthair cat and will also animate a calmer longhair buddy to move.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Yes! Please supervise your cat while playing, and share the fun with each other. While we do our best to offer safe teasers and toys, the cat's mission is to destroy the prey ~ and the toy, and in the end, the cat usually succeeds. When scratching, biting and tugging, small parts of any toy may become loose which the cat may ingest, and though we use many natural materials like feathers and fur, including non toxic glue and food dye, ingested toy parts may be hazardous to your cat, just like lego bricks are hazardous to a toddler. So please, watch your cat while playing and share her/his excitement! :)

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

Yes, we do. However due to the nature of the items, we only offer exchanges and refunds on items that are unused and in original condition; and after we have the items back in our hands.

The rabbit fur pieces are attached on a strong string. There are two loud bells one one end and a fur tail on the other end.

Colors of the fur and bells vary. **Please do not order if you are looking for a certain color as we are unable to provide certain natural colors without prior notice.

Cats love to play with our furry toys as they adore the smell of real fur. There is no need of adding catnip into these toys, the fur is luring enough.
