All orders are shipped within 1 business day. We are not open on the weekends or UK holidays so orders are not shipped during this time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What delivery services do you use?

For UK orders these are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class but we offer upgrades to First Class at checkout. International orders are shipped via the postal service on a Priority Mail. These are un-tracked, see our delivery times above for estimated deliveries. We also offer the option to upgrade to Tracked post.

Is my parcel trackable?

For UK orders all parcels are sent with either a tracking number or with proof of delivery. International customers can upgrade to a tracked postal service at checkout.

Will I need to pay customs charges?

Generally speaking we ship with all customs duties and taxes paid, however this depends on the country you are shipping into and what their rules are. We would always advise checking out your countries rules and regulations before placing an order.

I have a problem with my order - what do I do?

If for any reason you're not happy then we are not happy! So reach out to us via the message system or email: customerservices@nordvek.com and let us fix that problem for you!

Can I return my order?

Of course! Just let us know within 14 days that you would like to return where we will provide further details. Then you have 30 days to send the item back to us. All items must be in their original unused condition with no damage to the packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.

Overall very good quality gloves, especially for the price. Made with genuine leather. A few loose threads which I had to cut off, but other than that they’re super warm and fit well. Took me about a day to break them in and I intend to wear them for the rest of the winter.
