f you buy an accessory that is offered in several lengths it will be made especially for you in the desired length. Therefore it will be considered as made to measure and could not be returned or refunded.
The solution in this case is to buy an extra length (if the accessory has been too short) or to cut the vine to the desired length.
To avoid this kind of inconvenience, we advise you to consult your hairdresser in advance or to measure the necessary length yourself using a tape measure or ribbon. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
