The returned or changed quality goods have to be unused, not damaged, having kept their merchantable appearance, with the labels and package not damaged and not removed. The goods have to be returned in an original package, in the same setting in which they were received by the Buyer. All returns should be posted by registered mail with tracking number.

If the goods are not complete, they are damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, the Seller shall be entitled to refuse to accept the goods, not to change them and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the goods.

In case of return or exchange we refund the purchase price of the item (exclusive of shipping charges) only if the item is back in unused condition.
